now i scalp gold on m1 Tf and it has been productive for over a year now.. i also swing trade on rare occassion

I also prefer swing or day trading because I believe trading opportunities for retail traders can't arise in every minute. Traders underestimate timing of a trade because of impatience, however one important insight that some great trades is when you avoided making them at all. Preserving capital is an utmost goal in my view due to presence of risk
