Cheap VPS for me is just for testing, in a productive environment it has to be one with good RAM and SSD

Free-tier AWS version isn't sufficient for trading, I remember it started to experience sever lags when I launched MT4 on it. After that I decided to order VPS directly from MQL for my HFM expert advisor, it is the fastest option (ping like 1 ms or less) and relatively cheap.

I have used Free-tier AWS version for some time now, almost a year I think it is god enough for one Metar trader installation

Free tiers can run a single terminal, but latency and throttling often spike under load; that’s where trades slip. If you stick with it, keep one MT instance, disable charts/EAs you don’t need, and test broker ping during your trading hours. That's why after some testing I switched from free to paid BeeksFX from HFM and saw great imrpvoements
