Can you learn from Babypips and become profitable

I heard someone saying they learnt to trade on Babypips and are now profitable. Is it possible to only learn from Babypips and become a profitable trader?

You can learn the basics and the principles of some strategies on BP but the onus is then on you to take that further and use the information to formulate your own strategy with testing and practice. It's not as simple as go through BP and hey presto you're making money
