EA Coder Review- Where are the coders at

I have not been very successfull in finding EA Coders for Syntetic markets. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. 90% of the EAs that I have found and tested have blown muntiple paper accounts as well as real accounts. seems like I have just had no luck with finding a good EA or Coders who are willing to let one test an ea before purchase
