This EA reads the news from a web server and draw them on the chart. When the times of the news come, it opens 2 pending orders and waits for the profit.
If the market goes back, it opens a bigger opposite order and takes the profit on the other side.

Excellent EA! You can't backtest it because there is no history of news in Meta Trader 4, so test it in a demo account in real time to get the results.
