How to follow the Trend ?

if you are trading on 1h timeframe then you should look for the 4h timeframe trend
and 15m you look at 30m
they are connected together
so u should look for the next higher timeframe only

It's simple. Draw a trend line along the extreme points of the graph. the slope will show where the price is going
