Modification of SOSTrading Mt5 indicator

Hello teachers, I'm so grateful for the work that you guys are doing to help traders. There is an indicator that i admire the most, its free here on Mql5, it's called SOSTrading Mt5 indicator, Would any one help me explain how to use it, and please download it and add some "buy" or "sell" on the zones that the indicator draws, its non repaint and I'm sure it can benefit a lot of people, please
