General MT4 Terminal Window Profit Colors

Hi All, is it possible to change the color of the MT4 Terminal Window Profit Column colors so that when it's in profit it's green and if in loss it's red? Like the MT4 app on mobile devices...

There doesn't appear to be such a setting in MT4.
Do you need any of the following?
Profit-Loss Meter v2.mq4

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I did some googling on the Profit-Loss Meter v2.mq4 and it doesn't seem to be what I was looking for. Thanks anyway!
