Is there any one that has found fun in trading the Nasdaq index. I have found it quiet easy to trade nowadays especially in the New York session . I usually target the M and Ws. From y observation it usually bounces of the previous highs or lows and rallies rapidly. At times u can view the w or M on the 5min time frame which may not show on the 15mins. When it Gaps it mostly gives a retest before continuation. Am trading it coupled with the MM moving averages. What I have forgotten to talk about is the 100 big companies in the US that influence this index. Eg Tesla, Amazon, Netflix . The fundamentals of these companies affect the index directly. If these companies are bullish the index will be headed north and this usually is indicated in the price action. Feel free to add on any other tricks you have been using to ride this bad boy

So you only trade the m and w patterns? and which time frame do you use the most when taking trades?

Nasdaq's Price Action has been cleanest than US30 to trade nowadays, you're right. But don't know why, I prefer the volatility of US30 lol.
Thanks for the insight, tho! clapping hands

Just seeing this post and it really makes sense even in 2022. I have always stayed clear of the indices but this explanation makes it seem easy to trade. Is there any other confirmation you use apart form the Ms, Ws, and moving averages? Which moving average settings do you use?
