Best time for US Traders to trade NAS100 & US30

Can any US traders share there experience using EA to trade Nas100 and US30.
I've found the volatility too high to trade the NY open. I was thinking of only trading
after NY closes, like 7:00pm to 2:00am?

I trade from 10 /10:30 a.m. NYT (once the initial volatility slows down) until 4 p.m. NYT

avoid the asian timing which is unstable market. better on NY opening session
