General Should I learn ICT? Is there a less painful way to learn trading?

I've heard so much about ICT, checked out some videos on YouTube, but there a lot of content to go through. There are 41 vidoes in the 2022 mentorshio playlist.

Is it must to go through all the videos or is there an easier way to learn ICT?
 
learn simple technical analyze bro. such as SND and SNR is enough. ICT is only trade mark, before there is ICT people already do trading. and get profit
