Sounds more to me like, u should trade in an environment where u can ur trading a 94%+ attention... Some markets move in a split of seconds and u may miss an entry or get ur SL hitaggressively. Lol. Just because of a minor distraction.
This happens mostly during heavy weighted fundamentals

I agree, a good trading environment is really an important factor. I cannot trade in a noisy environment so I always trade in my room and don’t allow anyone to enter while I’m doing so.

That’s right. A cool and quiet environment is a must while trading or else you might lose concentration.
