Using sever live 24 i took a trade on the US30 and instantly I got disconected. I didnt even have time to put a SL or TP and I didnt know what the market was doing. I opened another MT4 so i could monitor the market. Luckily the market was in my favour and stayed that way. I tried lve chat but had 200+ queue so emailed them 3 times, and got a reply saying they are working on it as fast as possible. it took 45 mins before my MT4 came back online.
Luckily my open oder was still open and in credit i closed out. So frustrating. And the week before I had a similar problem but just for 10 mins. Anyone else experience it?
