What is better between trading currency or synthetic indences

I need your professional view on this because I currently trade synthetic indices and I have been losing money for 9 months

It's a matter of habit. I have been trading some currency pairs for quite a long time and have studied their movement principles quite well. Therefore, it turns out to trade for profit. I don’t see any point in wasting time on anything else if proven tools provide the opportunity to make good money.
