Just use parabolic SAR indicator and you can find parabolic SAR arrow alert indicator through google search, which is a step ahead.

Finding arrows that actually stay put is a nightmare on MT4. Most of the free stuff you find in the usual forums repaints the second the candle closes against you. I've had a bit more luck looking for volume-based ones instead of standard moving average crossovers.
