General Is that still considered a double bottom?

Hi, is the chart in the picture below still considered a double bottom, even though the 2 bottoms aren't on the same height?

That would not be considered a double bottom. Its a pattern that has hit resistance.

Double bottom needs to have equal lows to be valid

sure it still consider as double bottom. Much better to use Bollinger Band to spot a relative lower low / higher high .
