General Looking for EA to close all trades at a % or $ amount and close biggest orders

Hi guys,
Wondering if someone can help me please.
I'm looking for a EA to help with FTMO challenge.
I would like the EA to start off when account hits lets say 3% DD to close the biggest losing positions first.
Then again at 3.5% close the next biggest losing trade.
If DD hits 4% on a given day (Total losses) it needs to stop trading and close all positions for that day.

Is there something like this available?
I've seen EA's that will just close all positions at a certain amount and that will work, but was hoping for a bit more smarts about the EA.
