Controlling emotions is harder than it seems. Even with a solid strategy, overtrading and revenge trading can wipe out profits. I’ve started keeping a trading journal to track my mistakes and wins, and it’s helping me stay disciplined. What methods do others use to maintain emotional control while trading?
