need help MT4 msimg32.dll and error 0xc00000142

Hello everyone Please can someone help me ive heard that some EA requires you to place msimg32.dll file in order for the EA to work
but after lanuching my mt4 this message popped up 0xc00000142

Note: ive tried most of the common fixes found on google (running the program in compatibility mode, updating my drivers ,cmd ,etc)

Windows 10 Home
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
GTX 1050 Ti RAM 8.00 GB

Works only with mt4 terminal ver 1320.
Currently 1320 is blocked.
The current version is 1340!!!
