General Tick Story Time Zone setup

Hello to all
a doubt came to me when we download the data from tickstory what time zone do you put ??
why could it be that when I backtest with EA scalpers that only work at certain hours of the night they are staggered not downloading the data with the time zone ???
I put a picture to make you understand
