can someone please explain to me what a Forex vpn is???

There are two subjects which are VPN and VPS.

VPN, a virtual private network, which you will connected to a server in a foreign location, and you will diverted to the destination network by using the foreign location server network IP address. This is common use when 1 country banning another country, so you will need VPN in order to access the webpage or server you want to.

VPS, a virtual PC that you will remotely connect and control, same theory as above but with a remotely GUI to run the program or software in a virtual PC.
