I belive it is scam,
becuase, show on demo, and trading medthod possible can do on real account
thai myfxbook is hiden someting , not show lot order not show time order and more
if profit a lot why to sell that EA, that mean EA have some risk and creater not confident to use it for loss thay own money.

Exactly. It's not impossible but anything that gives 100% gain every month needs real weight behind it. Not a demo account.
