IMO no definitely not i think you need to know how to trade and see what's going on to intervene. It is really hard to be in an EA without having knowledge. It will be an uncomfortable position to be in. Best learn the basics and manually trade then enter an EA if you still like

I think its better to trade manually starting out so you understand price action. If your bot starts taken a bunch of losses and by looking at the chart you dont understand why, that doesn't really help you. But if you understood price action from trading manually, you can adjust your bot to for settings/conditions that fit the trading environment,.
