Manual Vs Robot Trading - which way traders?

I have traded manually for the last 3 years now. I make money but it's stressful. I doubt banks and successful hedge funds trade like this. I stand corrected. I think robot trading will be easier. I am testing several EAs. Please advise, which is the best way to do this? Anyone who can point us to a consistently profitable robot?

I trade manually but with the recent industrial changes with A.I and Machine Learning, I think automated trading will take the biggest seat in the coming years, just so you brace yourselves lol. I hope we get to learn this in one way or another. Thank you!
