Need Information about reselling EA's

I am currently building a website that will focus on EA reviews, optimization and general Forex strategy information.

I have noticed a lot of people resell paid advisers either on eBay or their own website and am interested in providing this as a service on my website.

I'd just like to know what are the legalities are around this?

Eg Robot creator sells for $1000 direct, re seller sells for $100?
