General Need to update my EA to work in mt4 latest

Hi,
I have purchased an ea, forex robotron in a gig site. That used to work. My mt4 was updated to latest build automatically now the EA is saying global initialization failed. Found that EA is compatible with mt4 build 1090.

Can anyone help in making this was compatible for mt4 1170 build.

I only have ex4 file. The seller is not responding anymore.
