RSI + MOVING AVERAGE - indicator for MetaTrader 4

I have a question , for the moving average the best parameter is exponentiel moving average or simple moving average .

I am interested in MA crossover for multi timeframes. Alert if price is near MA.

Suppose, I am using EMA 10, 20, 50, 100, 200.
If price near these MA by 10 pips, I would like to have an alert. And instead opening all tf, charts, If I place in 5m chart, expecting the indicator to alert from all tfs, in which tf, which ma is near price.

If anyone know this indicator, please let me know.
