I working only with EA's and I can see every scalper I try can be great for few days but starting to lose around news

at this days I work with Zscalp on XAUUSD do you turn off your EA for all the day around high impact news?

Very dangerous, so my qustion is if you use a EA do you turn it of for few hours around the news? or for all the day or even the week like the last week.
