When to best turn of EA for EURUSD

Hello everyone
I am using an EA that only trades on the EURUSD chart. However I don't really know all the times when it is best for me to turn of the EA.

I know that I have to turn it off when there is FOMC comming.
Someone said that is is best to also turn it off on NewYears Eve.

I would appriciate it if someone could give me clearity ont this.

The hours of 0700 to 2000 GMT are suitable for day trading the EUR/USD since there is enough volatility to extract a profit and pay spread and commission charges.

To optimize efficiency, you should day trade the EUR/USD between 1300 and 1600 GMT.
