You can find the spread sizes for groups of trading pairs on any broker's official website. But to actually check compliance with these conditions, it is better to open a small trading account and see with your own eyes what spreads it has. I chose a broker in this way, opening a small ECN account for $100 and studying the real spreads before increasing my account to a comfortable amount.
