trend trading system that uses two exponetial moving
averages, the 200 ema and the 15 ema.

I think it is better to watch the 50 EMA with the 200 SMA

This will lag immensely. You're better off using 200/50/20 SMA bounce, or faster moving average if you're looking to follow the trend
