That's actually pretty good general advice, but of course nothing is ever true 100% of the time so you need to understand how to find confirmations.

Instead of day look at your system or make a system that will determine when you trade or not more specifically than just blocking out whole days. Yes you may dodge bullet here and there but you are likely to waste opportunities also
