Hello friend, you must extract the two files into the MQL4 folder, with 1 file going to the "Files" folder and the other to the "Indicators" folder as in the image.
The indicator is working I tested it.

which mql4 folder is that? i have searched on windows 10 for the mql4 folders and there are atleast 15 of them.
