Is there really a good profitable EA

I have been trying to find really good profitable ebay. But I havent found yet. I tried Algo Gold and it seems to be alright in backtesting, but usually all them fails.
 
I've only seen them work for big hedge funds and stuff like that but I don't think any of us has the resources to create a robot like they do.
