Non broker specific metatrader 4

I have searched online, and have had no success so far.
Turns out metaquotes has ceased support for mt4 and as such are ina transitional period to mt5.
P.S : I wonder why some of these mt4 indicators still cost $50.
I don't have any link but I attached the zip file. it's MT4 for windows platform
