Position: Customer Support Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
  3. Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and technical difficulties effectively and efficiently.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  4. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers ensure a positive customer experience.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
