Robotron v25 not working.

Good day, can anyone please assist me, i recently acquired robotron v25 ea, and set it up but it doesnt seem to work
 
Good day, the issue has been resolved thank you, I have contacted the creator of the ea, and it was resolved, it was something to do with the license number.
