I have try so many expert all type hft, grid "price action" but the very question is which broker operate true ?

This really lies on what you mean by the "best".
For example, do you want a steady (boring) growth with lower drawdowns, or do you mind it to run wild for higher return but sometimes burst your account?
It also depends a lot on your money management.

I am also looking for an EA to run , that is actually profitable. There are many reputable brokers, out therem who allow EA's....I am not sure if I can mention any names, and will not do so, but you can search on google.
