I think it depends on your style & strategy..
I've seen people get more profits from JPY/USD because it tends to be more volatile than EUR/USD.
Although EUR/USD is the most traded currency pair.

I prefer EURUSD pair as they are very liquid. I have also traded in USDJPY but however the best one till date for me is EURUSD.
