Hello friend, you must extract the two files into the MQL4 folder, with 1 file going to the "Files" folder and the other to the "Indicators" folder as in the image.
The indicator is working I tested it.

guys i have downloaded this indicator from elsewhere, but I have a problem. in "files" folder should we make a new folder or just copy the file and leave it to be?
