Does Martingale Forex Robot work like this?

Do all Martingale Forex Robot actually do not look at the trend or price level (comparing to the historical data)? I feel like most of them are in this way..

My experience (in demo) is bad for martingala and anti-martingala.......
if you are lucky (no trend) you can make big profit but when the market become directional you will burn the acct.
i checked several times this kind of trading style and also other traders have had the same results.

any one can recommend a free robot that is reliable?

i think 30% of the robot are using the martingale/antimartingale as entry/exit point but the real issues are:
-you need to have a lot of money on the acct even if you trade 0.01 as minimum lot.
-you could keep the position also for several months if the market doesn't retrace
-you could lose much more money than you get on the acct
-you could pay a lot of swap and generate an additional lose for that

Martingale works best if you have a big account and you only bet a small % of your money per trade. About 1-2% for initial lot should be fine. I do combination of martingale and hedging.

Martingale alone is not good, but I have seen a robot that uses martingale on top of another indicator strategy and makes good money like 80-100% every month but it does have a drawdown of 30% sometimes. Trading with 0.01 lot on a $1000 account is good.

Martingale used without aggressiveness can be profitable . but it is always risky . whatever profits comes just withdraw.

MG is all about math. You must calculate probabilities of you hitting a bad streak and not winning. If out of 100 trades, there's a 10 % prob., then after 1000 trades, you will eventually blow your account (if a bad MG streak does that...)

+90% of EA's are using Martingale and the majority are clones of other bad EA's. I am using 3 good stable EA's since 6 months and making around 5%/ month on passive income.
