These are the best:

GBPUSD, EURUSD, USDJPY, USDCAD, USDCHF, AUDUSD, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURCHF, NZDUSD

Avoid These Pairs: EURNZD, EURAUD, GBPJPY, GBPCHF, EURCAD

Timeframe: H1, H4 or M15 are all good choices, but overall timeframe makes very little difference.
