What's your favorite platform for forex trading and why? I'm considering switching and would love to hear your experiences and recommendations.

I guess it is MT4 and maybe MT5 because they are very fast and have full-fledged backtesting tools. Also most fx brokers support it that's why I don't see reason to look for something else

First I traded on MT4, a lot of indicators available.
But once I learned what to do with what, I started trading on MT5.
MT5 mobile application is much better than MT4

It is definitely MT5 because in my view it is the most efficient platform even compared with Ctrader

If I were to recommend a platform, MetaTrader 4/5 would be a solid choice due to its user-friendly interface, powerful charting tools, and extensive customizability. cTrader is also great for faster execution and advanced features. Ultimately, it depends on your trading needs and preferences.

I developed my strategy on MT4, so I continue to trade on it, its functionality is quite enough for me. But when trading on any trading platform, the quality of execution and the size of spreads depend primarily on the broker. Therefore, I chose a broker with minimal spreads and instant execution of orders, so that trading on this platform would be more profitable for me and comfortable.

I still use MT4 and Ticktrader, but trade more on MT4 because it works more smoothly on computers with low specifications.

MT4 stands out from the rest for its simplicity and ease of use. Does not have much features but it is my favourite.
