XM reviews or experiences

I'm looking for reviews on XM, does anyone have any kind of experience with them, ever since JP markets I've been rather sceptical with brokers, also any recommendations would be appreciated

XM analysis is not good, and there is no result, I spent my time to watch XM thread about analysis and there is nothing, no analysis. I try to go to XM website and try to talk with Customer Support but the respond is slow, CS want me to reach them via skype. SO I think live chat is not working anymore. The service is bad. I have to think twice before I trade with XM
