Best course to improve one's mindset before trading ?

I believe that alot of failure in forex market is due to emotional or rash behaviour. Surely by now someone would have made a course or lecture series to address this? Any idea if it exists?
 
Forex will form your quality itself so don’t be aggressive. Learning attitude is important because if a trader doesn’t have this inclination, he or she can’t develop themselves with time.
