What are your best pairs to trade? I need Atleast 5 I can learn and get used to, I am a new trader

Maybe start with the majors and see what works best with your system The metals like gold are quite volatile but with a good system you will do well. Most important is just managing your risk with whtaever pair you use.

If you are new, I think it's best to stick to only a pair or two. That way it's easier to get familiar with the currencies in question.

if you are a new trader, better don't gbp jpy and gold. they are very very volatile. gbpjpy is highly volatile.
