General Forex beginner guidance

Hi. Can someone please explain in simple english, how I can start trading. What should I look for or what pairs I should trade without experiencing such a great loss all the time. I've been practicing with iq options for a while now and I'm just losing money. I don't know how to read the whole candlestick system that's why I used this platform. If there's anyone patient enough to help, I'd appreciate it.
