In my opinion MT4 is better because it is faster, written in C, while tradingview is browser based hence it is slower

I am more familiar with using MT4 than Tradingview. however Tradingview chart is so nice, it is a web-based platform and very intuitive, but to use all features needs cost to subscribe. MT4 now only supports 64-bit computers, in daily trading I use MT4 and Ticktrader platforms.

Binary options have their own platforms and I don't understand why you want to try them because payouts are quite strange like 80%, in fx you pay only spreads and commission and can adjust you stop loss
