I was able to test arbitron for a month last year, different brokers, different settings.
Have attached a pdf, a day on JFD with Arbitron. A lot of trades, commission in this case too much and loss.
Canceled Arbitron after a month and got the monthly price back

I have tried the EA. I bought it , but it did not work for me. Its not consistant. You have to have a VPS and a smart connection. It works for some. You need a bit of savvy and patience.

No it won't. Even the manufacturer says not all brokers will allow it to run. That's the hardest part of this puzzle finding a right broker for it

How about use their recommended broker??
It's on their website
