Use 4H to look at the market then when a signal is shown, you enter a trade using 1H

Exactly normarlly it ideal to get H1 aligning with H4. That is how i find it use full. in any case it is always to use two time frame to align. but be consistent. say 30 mins and H1, H1 AND H4 etc
